"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alex, her services, and the entire staff at her office. I struggled with TMJ disorder and bad headaches for years before starting treatment with her, and can honestly say I have never felt more relief. I am about 2 years out from my original treatment and have since had an appliance replacement because it helped so much. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling, communication, and patient education. Dr. Alex is very easy to talk to, addressed all of my concerns, and is overall a great doctor in all aspects of her treatment style. I am moving out of state and am very sad to be leaving her, but luckily she was able to recommend someone in my new area to follow me in the future. "I went to Dr. Alex and staff for help and started treatment last February. I was really impressed by technology and explanations on how they were going to help me. The whole team was extremely nice. Unfortunately, I was doing well for a few adjustments and went to her referred PT and started to have major issues. My eye started to bleed and a couple weeks my nerves started to malfunction. I ended up with a serious not common medical condition called LPR from the trauma and it affected my whole life . I've been to multiple doctors since March and have had multiple treatments and finally surgery and I will never be the same eating and drinking is now a task every day. I really regret going there for treatment because it has ruined my normal life and eating normal and being normal. I wasted my money and of course never got any money back because I got a new appliance but couldn't wear it because it was giving me issues too. I wasn't going to keep wearing it and getting worse and worse. I did reach out for alternatives but never heard back. Money won't change what has happened to me. Really research all options when making a decision for treatments for tmj. I was sold with the atmosphere, the bedside manner and technology or the technical items that really made it look like the best and most effective treatment with great results which was the complete opposite for me."
