"Storage unit was broken into and basically everything if value stole. Located in a part of the place where the unit cannot be seen and he has absolutely no light or camera back there. Contacted them and was told sorry, nothing they can do. Was told the owner would call us, didn't happen. Also haven't received my security deposit back either. Won't use again."
"I have been calling them for 3 weeks now, my wife has called them and mother has called them. Never an answer or reply to any messages. Worst business practice ever is to ignore potential customers. Won't be giving them any money."
