We also support those interested in becoming UPMC Health Plan producers, with easy access to start the process or log into your existing Producer OnLine account.

The UPMC Health Plan Neighborhood Center offers a comprehensive range of services for both UPMC Health Plan members and the broader community. Our offerings include virtual health care services, a food pantry, workforce development programs, social services, and referrals to supportive resources. Our community partners provide programs to help you earn a GED, find and apply for jobs, participate in workforce training, receive financial education, and more.

If you need assistance navigating challenging life situations, our community health workers are available to discuss your needs and offer referrals to social services and supportive resources such as affordable housing, transportation, mental health resources, and childcare assistance.

For families, we offer complimentary onsite childcare for children from birth through school age while parents and guardians participate in our programs. Our certified childcare staff ensures that your little ones are safe and creatively engaged, allowing you to take full advantage of our services without worry.

Please note that telehealth visits with a UPMC provider and UPMC AnywhereCare services are available exclusively for UPMC Health Plan members, and health insurance deductibles and copayments may apply.
