"I had a delivery on Monday morning and had a very good experience. The two people in the office were polite, professional and very helpful. Got me in a door before my appointment time and finished up early. Marissa and Matt deserve recognition for their superior work. Not always the best place to deliver, but they make it easy."

"PRIME DRIVERS!!! Never come back here. Have to circle the block to find a park on the street only to be told to walk back to Timbuktu and drive in to park in the staging area. Yes they have a staging area!!! Could’ve told of me that and sent me there when I pulled up. Totally unnecessary. My first and last time here. Will never be back."

"No true O/N parking but can enter yard after 1900. Neighborhood has been taken over by locals so hit & miss. In the dock early but 6 hrs for BOLs. Good place for a break."

"Driver beware! 7/18/24 First and last time. I'm not putting my life on the line for this type of treatment. It's not worth it. If you don't mind rude security, then by all means, deliver here. I'm the first appointment for D building 7a. I checked in at 6:30a.Looked at reviews, so I parked on Street and walked to guard shack Greeted the gaurds with a good morning. Nothing back so I was like may be she didn't hear me then after the check in process was done she begin to tell me which building I had to go to be off loaded I notice a few maps laying there so I asked if she could show me on the map. That's when my benefit of doubt left. Yelling telling me "you're not listening" in fact I was. I just wanted to see it on the map cause I'm a visual person as well as a listener. Her tone was disrespectful and rude. I gave her no response cause GOD is always watching. It's 6:30a who wanna start they day off angry. 2 stars, everyone else was nice. They know the security lady has issues. I understand nobody wants to work nowa days. It's no still reason to be rude when no one is being rude to you. Rude people in customer service,or the first people you enter, act with when need to be retrained or let go. Pay your professionals more and stop filling spots quality over quantity."

"i have been delivering here for years, the main thing that everyone needs to know. PLEASE PARK ON THE STREET FIRST, THEN WALK YOUR PAPER WORK TO THE GUARD SHACK. the guards will turn you around and tell you this, also both warehouses go by APPOINTMENT do not expect or assume to show up early and get in to make your delivery. 1 HOUR TO AN HALF AND HOUR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. everyone there is nice and helpful but do not take that for granted, you can be rude and or disrespectful and still get in, NO ONE appreciates that."
