"Let's start with we thought this was a dream come true. That dream turned into a nightmare. Upon speaking with the previous tenants we learned of a mold issue in the basement. Apparently what happened was they "treated" the basement before we moved in and it slowly started showing signs that the property was a mold pit. This isn't your normal Pittsburgh basement that's wet and musty this is black mold in the basement bathroom and it's very prominent. The rest of the basement needed waterproofing but the bathroom was/is a complete health hazard and they knew it. Causing breathing issues to myself. Of which they didn't care when I told Taylor. So when we moved in we gave them $3900 of which they say $100 is the security deposit which is whatever we're stupid were out essentially $3800. So before I left I paid the the water/ sewage bill and then shut off the water. My daughter and I thoroughly cleaned the property, Taylor came for his walk-through and stated it was clean and smelled fresh even which he looked shocked that it did. To add insult to injury they send me a notice that I owe $60 for water bill which I PAID and a clean out bill for $250 you have to be kidding me because as I said I cleaned the property ask the trashmen because I threw half of my belongings away because of the basement and all of the mold destroyed my property. This company is ridiculous. To claim it wasn't clean is absurd. Greedy money hungry liars. If your smart you will avoid this company at all cost. Then after I messaged Taylor stating that they knew about the basement and issues he had the audacity to block me. Shame that this company has been allowed to do harm to families by putting them into unsafe situations that they are well aware of. If they were a reputable company they wouldn't lie and deceive the people that they are placing into their homes they would make them safe and not rely on them to fix the homes to make them more money knowing that they will never purchase their homes due to their underlying conditions. Anyone want picture proof message me as I have it! As I'm 100% sure any of these 5 star rating are not of actual tenants but I'm sure placed employees attempting to boost their low score. Just remember the truth will prevail. Blocking me on social media for stating the truth Mr Takos was just proof in itself that the truth hurts and you wanted to hide any information I had to give. Shame on all of you and as for your cleanout I have photos and witnesses. Over 20 days you had to fabricate your bull to try to bill me for something that isn't true! Also pay attention that all their 5 star reviews the people only have a few other reviews because I'm sure they are placed there to TRY to make others believe this is a good place to go for a home when in fact it's the WORST place. I never was late on rent never have a neighbor complaint lived at my last residence that I rented for 20+ years so they can't claim lies about non payment of rent or any other BS, so let's see the lies they fabricate with a response. In response to the reply. The abundance of trash that was put to the curb was ALL of the items I had in the basement that was ruined. I had thousands of dollars worth of my collections destroyed and then insult to injury I lose my items and since I had to dispose off it all in the trash I'm being charged???"

"They scammed us out of $15,000 and then turned around and sued us for $1500 more after we moved out of the slum of a house. They tried to evict us during the pandemic even after we applied for assistance. We were never officially evicted. SCAMMERS! You took $15,000 from us. I'd love to know how we owe you money. I also have paperwork showing we were NOT evicted we left on our own because of all the nonsense we went through."
