"I wish I could give this company no stars. Year after year my glasses and prescription. The front desk staff is inept. Glasses come in incorrect, scripts are unclear and they simply do not listen to the concerns of the patients."
"Dr. Hinterberger knows his game! He is such a professional, and super pleasant to work with when needing eye exam. I had to leave for awhile because of a change in insurance, and I had gotten an exam from a little store in Butler in a strip mall. I'm pretty sure they got it wrong because I never saw sharply or thoroughly with the prescription they gave me after getting glasses from Walmart. I'm going back to Dr. Hinterberger where I can be confident he'll take care of my needs as well as my eyes! I don't care if my insurance doesn't cover it, I'll be making my appt after I post this."
"I have never been so rudely treated at any medical facility. The receptionist spent over 30 min belittling me about the my Medicaid insurance. She refused to call the insurance company making me call personally 3 times. Though in over 15 years have never encountered the problems I did today. I was rushed through my appt as fast as possible. Then told my contacts wouldn't be sent to my home but put in a public box outside where they could be stolen. When asked if that were to happen they stated they would not replace any stolen item. I took the prescription to Walmart vision in butler where they politely ordered my contacts and are shipping them to my home. If you have state provided Medicaid and do not want to feel bad about that I suggest going somewhere else. I've never had these problems or been treated so poorly by any health services as I was today."
"Doctor Hinterberger and his employees are great. The loss of a star is because there is a VERY slim selection of non-designer frames for people using insurance to cover the cost. Also not sure why they mail the notice that your glasses came in instead of just giving a phone call. I got the notice in the mail on Friday after they were already closed for the weekend, which means they were already there for a day or two prior."
"This eye doctor was great! I've been to many over the years and he was the first one to explain things thoroughly to me about the scaring I have on my left eye. He was professional and yet still very approachable (something I find hard to come by with some doctors). The front staff was equally as nice. I've recommended them a couple of times already and I will continue to do so."
