"My husband and I came to watch a movie. I am hearing impaired and require captioning. I checked to movie to make sure it had captioning and it says it did. I got the captioning device and set it up. My chair did not work I pressed all the buttons and none of it worked, so it was a bit uncomfortable sitting upright for 2 hrs. Movie started and the captioning was not showing up. The device was on but no caption. I left in the middle of the movie to ask the staff if I could switch the captioning device for another one and also told her that my seat did not work. She took notes to have it checked. I went back to the movie and the captioning device was on but it did not show captions. I figured that this movie theater 10 did not have captioning even though it advertised that it did. I was stuck throughout the whole movie of Deadpool and Wolverine trying to catch and make sense of what they say. The movie itself was good. After the movie I went to the staff and told him of the issues I was having and he said "Okay, sorry about that". I understand that the staff can't do anything about it during the movie, but I was not happy with my experience."

"Terrible experience! Me and my family have been going to this theater for years and tonight was very un professional for this type of an establishment that is “family owned”. My wife had an emergency phone call and needed to go outside to make the call, as she was coming back in a police officer that monitors the entrance stopped her and asked where her ticket was in a mean demeanor. She advised that it was in her seat along with her shoes she left at her chair. He did not believe her and literally followed her all the way to our seats where my family of 6 is watching the movie. He glanced at me and knowing he seen me before immediately said ok and left the theater room after making a major disruption of the movie. This was very unpleasant for our family. B and B needs to have an actual staff to check tickets upon entering the theater. Not a police officer chasing people down for their tickets. Unprofessional!! 0 stars! Go to University theater 16 where they actually have structure."

"This was a terrible experience for us tonight. While the movie and the movie experience was fantastic, the service was awful. First, when we ordered the food we had to come back during the movie to pick up the food and when we went to get it, as the buzzer told us it was ready, it was in fact not all ready and we had to go a second time DURING the movie to pick up more food. But when my sister went to pick it up a second time, the rest of the food STILL wasn’t ready and she had to wait outside until all the food was ready. Then, when we got all of our food, the chicken sandwich was completely RAW. My sister couldn’t eat it. So finally, after the movie we were going to ask nicely for a refund because she wasn’t able to eat her food. The supposed “manager” was sitting on the couches with her shoes off looking at her phone. We didn’t know if she worked there as it was late until she looked up at us and went “can I help you” in an extremely rude manner. We told her the situation and instead of an apology, we got “I have to call people” put her shoes on and walked away. Finally we got the refund after several sighs and glares. Will not be returning."

"We had a wonderful experience at the theater. This was the first time we have been to the movies in years. The seats were amazing. You get to butter your own popcorn! You can fix your own drink! We loved it and plan to go back soon."

"I've been here a handful of times and honestly I'm pretty satisfied as far as customer service and theater experience. If I want to see a blockbuster or kids movie, this is the place. If I want to see and independent movie Cinè is the place. Screen play is wonderful for kiddos, they always have a great time there. It is true that they were out of carbonation when I got there to see Oppenheimer. But the movie experience was great."
