"I went to the store to buy a slurpee and a pack of cigarettes. When I got up to the register to pay they charge my card and then told me they didn't have any straws. I told them I wanted to refund and they almost didn't give me a refund because it wouldn't refund it to my card. I eventually convinced them to pay me back in cash."

"I attempted to visit this location for a meal but was deterred by a strong drug odor from people loitering outside and a recent incident involving someone spilling a box of needles near the front door. Inside, the store was overcrowded with people, making the narrow walkways even more challenging, especially for disabled individuals needing extra space. I fear getting in the space of someone potentially irrational from the amount of drug use that can be seen here. These issues suggest a significant level of criminal activity and safety concerns, which make this location unsafe, uninviting and negatively impact the general vibe of the 7-Eleven brand."

"What kind of 7/11 is this???? No slurpy machine. What a disgrace. How can u call this a 7/11 with out a slurpy machine. No hot dogs or wings. This is a fake 7/11. I went in here hoping to buy a big souvenir cup to fill up with a slurpy and buy some wings but Nothing. Never been so disappointed. Had to catch the bus to the 7/11 at the other end of town. Smdh. Then there are homeless people sitting by the door begging for money and crack heads smoking crack."
