"I dont like leaving negative reviews at all, but feel like this experience merits one. I recently had an all over color done at this location because I didn't want to do it at home. Normally, I have an okay experience at this place by getting the occasional root touch up or trim. Went on a Sunday when there was only one stylist and was told I could come in advance. She left the color on my hair for well over an hour and did not wash it out when I started to complain of it irritating and burning my scalp after being on my head so long ( hair color is only supposed to be on the head for 30 to 45 minute maximum for reasons beyond the fact that it stops processing). She continued to cut someone else's hair. It took me three times of politely asking her to wash it out before I finally got upset and had to threaten to get up and leave and go home and wash it out myself for her to actually wash it out. If you're going to be the only stylist there and juggling more than one client, I feel like that would have been an easy thing to prioritize by having the person getting the simple haircut sit tight while you rinse the person with the hair color burning on their scalp after an hour. Ultimately, there was no sincere consideration or apology and I was told by the stylist that she shouldn't have taken me to begin with. The end."
