"If I could give ZERO stars I would. This theater was horrible. The AC is non existent in this place. My husband has an auto immune disease and couldn’t even enjoy the movie because it was so hot, he had to walk out during the movie to catch his breath and get some fresh, cold air. Absolute nightmare experience. DO NOT recommend. Go to any other theater but here!!"

"Miserable ... every interaction at the register takes way too long ... buy tickets and concessions at the same register... almost no controlled access to the theater... going to the movies is expensive enough without having to deal with all this and going into a movie with a bunch of teenagers who didn't buy tickets is equally frustrating... the only solution is to buy a subscription or download an app to skip the lines. I'm over it, no movie I have ever seen, especially in the modern era is good enough to endure this again."

"This place is absolutely terrible. My wife and I are in from Ohio. We enjoy going out to the movies, but after experiencing this place, we will find something else to keep us entertained. Place is dirty all over. Hot, and musty smelling. Old style uncomfortable seats. The air conditioner in our theater (8) sounds like it wants to take off. Loud noise every 5-10 minutes. If this was a discounted theater or a cheaper theater I’d understand, but we paid 80 dollars in total, and we are very unhappy with this place and experience. The only good, is the young man who took our order at concessions did a nice job. If you are one of the few who think this is a quality theater, please go out and experience some different options."

"As soon as my family and I walked up to purchase our tickets my son was referred to as “they” by the employee. Referring to my son as “him” would have been normal and absolutely fine. The picture of the movie was not properly fitted to the screen, cutting off some of the picture on every side. Price we spent was definitely not worth the ”experience”."

"It smelled musty and the seats were uncomfortable. When we got there, no one was there. We were just standing in line and when someone did come out, we weren’t acknowledged until I went up to the counter and asked. She told me that she’s the only one there and called for assistance, but she never communicated that. Jacksonville deserves better. At the very least a clean, musty, mold free environment. The people who gave this place a good review what have you been through that you think this place is nice."
