"I went to the show “Oh the places you’ll Glow” with my aunt and cousin on a Saturday night and it was definitely an interesting experience! The theatre and staff are amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. But the show was a bit of a hard watch at some points. Some parts were pretty explicit and cringe while the interactions with the crowd felt drawn out and embarrassing. There were about 15 scenes in total & towards the 8th I thought “please end this now”. There was one scene where the performers acted out a young woman going to hell and meeting with a tongue flicking satan which was just uncomfortable and blasphemous. Some parts of the performance were comical and just made you laugh so you felt like you got your money’s worth, but I would definitely say try it out if you’re into improv and a great production."

"When visiting Chicago this is a must visit. It's legendary as most famous comedians started here, so when you go, you may be witnessing the start of the career of a famous comedian. We came to Chicago to visit friends and we were lucky that they had purchased tickets to a show here, because they told us that they had never gone before because it's always sold out, so plan well because you will regret coming to Chicago and not having seen them. The show was really fun. I highly recommend it."

"Saw a comedy show here on a whim and it was a good time. Admittedly, it started out kinda rough. The first bit was interrupted by a medical emergency and after that the bits just seemed not very funny. But, as the night went on, things got a lot better and the 6 performers really pulled through. It was awesome."

"I love The Second City whether it is me taking youth for an interactive experience or me going out to one of their evening shows. My most recent experience did not disappoint. Black By Popular Demand is an excellent date night activity. Drinks and food are quickly served. The staff are all friendly. I utterly enjoyed the show so much so, I would go back. Date night, hanging out with friends or going solo - you won't be disappointed."
