"Excellent service answering all questions regarding lift chairs and motorized wheel chairs. We (my wife and I) purchased 2 lift chairs and a motorized wheel chair with Katie's assistance. She showed great patience and understanding as we had many questions. She answered them all. Thanks to her, we came away extremely satisfied. Also, a shout out to Jeff in the Service Department who repaired our current motorized wheel chair, replacing the battery."

"I ordered compression nylons from this company a week before Thanksgiving. I was told they had them in the Boardman store and they would be ready in the Girard store by Monday before Thanksgiving. No one called me on Monday, no one called me on Tuesday. On Wednesday I called them and left a message on their answering machine, no one ever returned the call. On Friday I called them again and left a message on their answering machine, no one ever returned that call. Very poor customer service. I understand they have one person that man’s every store front. That sounds to me like a very poor business decision especially if that one person can’t return messages. I will never buy anything from these people again and if I could give then a zero I would."
