"They took money from my credit card instead of correctly billing insurance. Took money after I called them and deauthorized the payment. Took more than the cost of supplies. Over $300."

"Please do not order from this company because if you do you are letting a company into your life that will leave you frustrated and without diabetic supplies. They have recieved 4 different rx from my doctor over the last 4 months, they keep saying that the rx is never sent. Humana uses this company as their DME supplier. Why would Humana pick such a company, everywhere I look online is filled with terrible reviews. Did Humana pick them because of their remarkable incompetence to slow down on CGM equipment requests. Some customers I'm sure give up after a couple of months of trying. I've made a complaint with the BBB and Medicare. Let's see what happens."

"They have the most inefficient phone system imaginable. 30 to 90 minutes holding times are normal for them. Most reps don’t know what they are talking about.They don’t want to listen. The last agent I was talking with was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. I hope you can improve your service. Rolf Nissen, M.D."
