"these guys are LAZY. My mother and I have been struggling to get our epi pens for 2 years. These guys allegedly don't carry the brand our insurance covers, they lied to us saying it requires a prior authorization when it does not. I called our insurance and confirmed this. The rep contacted the pharmacy and the pharmacist got real nasty with the insurance rep and told the lady they wouldn't order it, they have what they have and that's it. do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions and your business elsewhere this store doesn't deserve your business nor do they deserve an ounce of respect. They are a joke and that's being generous."

"My mother ran out of Humalog insulin today and called the pharmacy. She doesn’t remember the tech’s name who answered the phone but the tech said the prescription cannot be filled until Saturday. Even the pharmacist said it cannot be filled. This is life-saving insulin and it cannot be filled? “That’s how it was written on the prescription.” Really? So my mother sends the doctor a message and the doc calls in another prescription for her. My mother calls back and said the doctor called in another prescription. The tech who answered said it would be ready later today then she has to put my mother on hold. When she came back, she then claimed they had to order it. Thank God I didn’t go there today just for them to tell me it would have to be ordered. I would have given them a piece of my mind. If these techs don’t know what they’re talking about then they shouldn’t assume anything. Smh."

"Valentine's is already up! Not even New years! Well, the store is pretty old and out dated. Could you a good scrub down. The staff and customers aren't the friendliest around. The believe the workers don't care for their jobs so much."
