"I am excited to be moving into The Yards at 3 Crossings later this month! The location in the strip district as well as all of the amenities made it the perfect choice. It is conveniently located within walking distance to plenty of places to eat or go out and just a short distance from downtown. The amenities of the property include a fitness center as well as a large outdoor area with a pool and hot tub. In addition to the actual property, the staff is also great. Derrick was a tremendous help throughout the whole process starting with the tour all the way through signing the lease. I originally tried to schedule a tour online, but it said there were no time slots available. I decided to call instead, and Derrick went out of his way to find time for a tour despite being booked. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had whether it was in person or later on over the phone and through email. Upon signing the lease, setting up utilities was also a breeze as he provided contact information for the providers he recommended. The offerings of The Yards at 3 Crossings as well as the helpful staff is ultimately what led to me choosing The Yards as my next home!"

"I cannot rave enough about The Yards at 3 Crossings. In addition to the unequivocal beauty, elegance, and convenience of the property, the level of service and expertise we received from Josh, Derrick, and Alex was absolutely phenomenal! Our situation was rather more complex than the norm. I was in search of a handicap accessible unit for my father who spent the last 2 months in the hospital. He needed a temporary location closer to the city to get the medical attention he so desperately needed. We were only days away from him being discharged; Not only was The Yard able to offer short and long term lease options, the units were absolutely superb and super conducive to my Dad’s healing process. Of course, the handicap equipped hot tub and pool was an added bonus we didn’t expect! We highly, highly recommend The Yards! Be sure to ask for Josh, Derrick, or Alex! They were all amazing!!!"
