While attempting to set up appointments, he answered & returned phone calls in a timely manner ( which is extremely unusual these days). He arrived on time. Did an extremely thorough job. "The lock on my front door is over 60 years old and I have not been able to use a key to unlock it for about 10 years. Due to the style of the lock/handle it could not just be swapped out, which means replacing the door…. which of course is not a standard size. $$$ I called Gary to see if there was anything he could do to help me. I told him it was no hurry, whenever he was in the area. (After all, it had been 10 years.). On the phone he was upfront with me about an estimate, AND he was at my house in a few days. He took the lock apart, clean it out and replaced a few parts to get it working like it was brand new. I couldn’t be happier! I should have called him earlier! I 100% recommend Gary for all of your locksmith needs!! He is a very nice, kind, professional, and knowledgeable man."

"I was locked out of my gun safe and Gary walked me through a potential temporary fix to get it open. I was able to get it to open. I opted to replace the faulty digital keypad with a manual dial. Gary was super help and happy to help install the new lock. He was on time and very informative. He made sure everything was working properly on the safe and made sure i was comfortable opening the new dial lock before he left. I would recommend him to anyone with trouble with a safe."
