"This is the second time I’ve gotten sick from this place, this location specifically. Got half way through a chicken sandwich last night to find it was cold and slimy in the middle. Didn’t finish it. Now I’m sick and throwing up. They give out old food with no hesitation. I’d rather wait a few minutes to have something fresh that’s fully cooked. Last time was about a year ago with a fish sandwich. I don’t come here often because the food isn’t great, but I thought the last time I got sick was a fluke and gave it another chance. Currently regretting that decision."

"Gotta be the slowest drive through in the world. Then you give the the money and the cashier at the window cannot even count to figure out what he owes you back. 2nd window and drink size is wrong, but correct on the receipt so I know it right on their screen. Oh wait, now they forgot to put my burger on the grill, please pull up to spot 1 and wait another 20 minutes....now finally bring out my food and I immediately put my fingers in my fries and low and behold....cold. who would of thunk ..... is this place managed and run by 5th graders???? Won't go back ever!"

"Put a mobile order in at 9:30am and I’m writing this at 10am with no food. The app doesn’t let you skip the line it lets you get skipped by every other customer. No one answers the phone when called and you can hear the kitchen blasting music from outside. When I received the food it was cold as if they forgot to bring it out after it was finished, even though I called several times to get its status, no one answered any of the six calls. The food was lacking to say the least, cold, on strip of bacon on the biscuit, and soggy hash-browns. Save your money and go to Steubenville pike, even if they’re more expensive at least you get what you pay for while it’s hot."

"Ordered a sausage n cheese Mcmuffin.. I got egg on it. I ordered a sausage egg n cheese bagel with no egg. Got egg on it. My hashbrowns I ordered were filled with soo much grease and were crunchy to no end. The hashbrowns had definitely been on the grill for over 4 hours (you could taste how long they sat there). I wouldn't get breakfast here ever again. Definitely ruined the experience. The grease is from the egg BTW"

"Absolutely the worst McDonald’s. On my last visit I had plastic in my sausage muffin! The manager did nothing but say “oh it melted from the plastic bag on top of the toaster oven”. This was on top of them forgetting multiple items in the order and the line taking forever. We will never be coming back. They should do the right thing and turn this McDonalds into a Chick-fil-A."
