"I got every single tooth pulled today. Some of you people need to stop yapping. You let your teeth get this bad just like i did! Special shoutout to Taylor and Dr. Ali. I could say more names but i don’t remember. GO GET YOUR TEETH DONE AND STOP LOOKING AT REVIEWS. It’s seriously not as bad as you think. 20-30 minutes for all of my teeth to be removed. Dr. Ali is the absolute best and anyone who says otherwise is lying."

"Overall surgery was smooth, I had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Rice and it was done before I knew it. My biggest complaint is that I got stuck five different times because no one could find a vein for the IV. At one point I had two nurses trying to find veins on one arm, and Dr. Rice on the other. No one could get it, I kept being told I had crappy veins, and then the door opens AGAIN and there was yet another nurse who came in just to say something to another. I was starting to get really annoyed and overstimulated, I understand this practice is busy, but I could tell tensions were getting high and the impatience was rising, and then without warning Dr. Rice sticks the needle in without warning. Mind you I didn’t know who was going to stick me at this point. I was not comfortable before the anesthesia kicked in, but at that point all there was to do was trust the people who were in the room with me. Not necessarily a great experience for someone who has never had any sort of surgery before."

"I had went here on 4/30/2024 got all my teeth cut out to get dentures when I went in for the pre opt they never really talked to me about how I could save some of my teeth until after they were taken out which it's to late now but before the surgery they told me I have to come back in 1 week to get stitches out and then in 3 months I have to go to that building to do the grinding but they never schudeled the appt. It's to late to do anything you can't sew back your teeth. if I would have knew I could have saved some of my teeth I would have saved as many as possible. On the paper work they gave me it talks about getting temporary Dentures and now I have nothing so now I can't really eat and I talk and look funny and someone with depression and be in my situation it's very depressing"

"If I could give this office a zero star that's what they deserve. Had me running through loop holes! Made an appointment 9/1/2022 with Dr. Ali paid $160 for a consultation and X-Ray even though I had a recent x-ray 8/8/2022 from a previous dental clinic less than a month ago. We agreed to go forward with oral surgery once my insurance company approves payment, the office would call me back with a surgery date and time. They called me back a month later 10/2022 said: I was good to go, insurance approved set appointment for surgery 10/2022 gave me instructions for general anesthesia I was ready to go. The day of my appointment I arrived prepared signed all documents, taken to the back room to get prepped when I was told they didn't receive my medical records (which they never requested in the 1st place) therefore you need to make another appointment when we receive your medical records. I showed them my medical records on line in an email from the doctors office but they didn't care. I called my PCP asked if they would send them the record and they did. Then I tried calling to schedule another appointment at first they said they didn't get my records, this happened several times, so I had 2 Dr's call their office and speak with Dr. Ali Finally getting through to him I received another appointment for surgery at the end of December. Right before my appointment I received a call from the office nurse stated that they no longer accept my insurance. That was a lie, I called my insurance company and verified it, had my insurance company call them they still insisted that they didn't want to accept me unless I paid cash for the procedure. The office nurse and manager right out told me they don't want me as a patient. Office manager was rude not only to me but to my insurance company as well. My insurance company referred me to a different Dr. I stuffed a lot of pain & had an infection was in need of oral surgery immediately but, I'm really happy after reading all the negative reviews that I was denied there services. I finally got my oral surgery done a year later 9/2023 with an exceptional Dr."

"I had my wisdom teeth out 2 days ago. If I had a choice to do over again I would find a different office. This is a factory, they don’t care about you. They care about your money. I left the office with blood running out of my mouth and not one nurse checked up, or even looked at it. It was out the door onto the next patient. They give you a paper with post op instructions. They offer no guidance or help period. Stay far away from this dump"
