"The people are great. Doctors are excellent, service is excellent. I have always been willing to pay more to go here. I just had a bad experience and as far as I can tell it is due to a flaw in their automated scheduling system. It sends a reminder text 2 weeks ahead of the appointment saying reply Y to confirm N to reschedule. So I went to the website and rescheduled to an earlier date. It did not send another confirmation text - just cancelled my new appointment before I arrived without notifying me. Obviously, it's only a nice place if they don't cancel your appointment without telling you. So, if you can't make your original date, don't bother rescheduling just find another optometrist. Other than that 5 stars."

"I love the professional and inviting staff and the huge inventory of frames to choose from, (there's a pair here for everyone!) I bought two pairs because I simply could not choose! I love them so much and I get complements every day. Thanks Eyetique!"

"Abelist and snobby. I really debated writing this review or not, but people need to know and the staff need to be held accountable for their behavior. The 2 stars are only because their Dr is great, but the front staff are terrible. Their office is not accessible at all with things in the way everywhere, making it very difficult for anyone with a mobility aid to get around. Their location has a terribly potent scent infuser that is very bad for anyone with breathing problems or scent sensitivities. The staff looked at me like I was gum under their shoe whenever I came in and said again and again more things to pay for after I specifically said I could ONLY afford what insurance would cover. They did not want to respect that at all. They rushed me around even though I walk with a cane and have difficulty moving quickly. The last appointment I had and will ever go to, they were incredibly disrespectful of my time and never told me to bring my contacts with me. So I went all the way there, with great physical difficulty, to an appointment only to have wasted my time completely because of their staff's negligence. If you are disabled and don't have their kind of look or money then don't bother going."
