"I almost never write reviews but honestly had such an unprofessional experience with this location this morning I felt like I had to. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks, had a missed call from a spam number like 25 minutes before my appointment and thought nothing of it. I got stuck in traffic and called to let them know I'd be 5 minutes late and the person who answered the phone said "Don't even bother, we double booked your appointment" obviously it was news to me and she said "We tried to call you" ok maybe you did try to call me but I've had this appointment for WEEKS and you choose to try and call me less than an hour before my appointment anyway? As they said, I won't even bother trying to come back."

"I was there Saturday, Memorial Day weekend with a very complicated situation. Devin, who was working there, was assisting me, along with other customers. Although he was very busy, he dealt with difficult clients, including myself, with ease and solutions! I left there feeling valued and completely satisfied that he resolved my issue. Please promote him!!!"

"This company encourages you to book online but when I do there's always a problem. I had one day off and booked an appointment. They called same day as the appointment and said they couldn't keep it because it was double booked. Then wouldn't squeeze me in on my next available day off. Prior to this I've shown up for appointments with my kids and have been told we didn't have an appointment and even when I showed them my online confirmation they said they couldn't squeeze us in. If your online scheduling is unreliable you should be checking and rearranging your schedule days in advance. And how about having hours when people are off work? Closing at 5 everyday you are asking people to take off work then you don't keep their appointments!!!!"

"We came here for a routine eye check-up. The location is very convenient, right by a bus stop. Everything went smoothly. The receptionist/assistant was very friendly and professional. Dr. Javadi was great as well — she listened to all our concerns. Eyewear should be ready for pick up in about 10 days. Would definitely recommend."

"I have been to this location a couple times for eye exams and checkups. The doctors and technicians are all friendly and thorough. Minimum wait and quick appointments make it easy to schedule into your calendar. They have a solid selection of frames so I have a couple pair of glasses from there that I am more than happy with."
