"Great location! Bobby & JP were awesome. (We booked at best in up the road! The rooms are not suitable to stay in! Black tubs, dirty towels, no blankets, the wall paper coming off walls- besides local inmates living there.) This location at budget inn is totally different! Very clean and friendly! We had my two dogs with me and Bobby & JP were so kind to let us stay with them. I would definitely recommend budget inn!"

"Staff is very polite, although, our room was completely infested with bed bugs and ended up leaving around midnight after I arrived around 10. Had no idea what bed bugs looked like or acted like before my stay. Traumatized to say the least."

"When we checked in, we paid cash and asked for a receipt and they told us they don't give receipts. Next when we went into the room, it was very humid and musty. The bathroom had blood on the floor and it smelled like bleach and looked like it needed better cosmetic work. When we pulled out the couch for my son to sleep on it was absolutely disgusting. So, we folded it back up and he laid on the cushions for the night. But before he did that he went to open his blanket and there was a bloody old bandaid, that was gross. The temperature for the air-conditioners were set at 70 no matter what. The walls had some kind of grease looking spots up on the ceiling and wall. In the bathroom it was the same and a lot of pink water spots. Beds were super hard and impossible to sleep on. The fridge really did keep our drinks cold, and the microwave was broken. Lastly, the pail that you put the ice in was absolutely disgusting. I mean the only kinda positive thing is it's kind of cheap. Other than that if you can afford to go somewhere else, then do it!"

"The bedsheets appeared fairly clean. The room was stained by who knows what on the bedspread, walls and floors. We left after 2 hours due to feeling VERY unsafe because of the other "tenants" . We have traveled extensively and love Mom & Pop motels. Never have we felt so unsafe. Never before have we left a hotel due to safety. Beware."
