"Nice mobile home park was looking for a trailer to buy"
"I booked a rv camp site online but had to cancel due to medical illness. My attempts to contact Shadybrook went unanswered, no reply to email. When I was finally able to reach by phone, I was told that they would consider a partial refund and again, nothing happened. I finally had to initiate a dispute through my credit card company. Overall very unprofessional. This is not a well staffed outfit, rather, its a mom and pop joint that does not have the personnel to handle their business properly. Do not book this place in advance, if you have to cancel you will not get a refund or the time of day from them."
