"I am very disappointed. I took my truck there under warranty to have my running board looked at. They washed the hinges with out the courtesy of a phone call to tell me that isn't covered by warranty. Then charged me $162.00 for cleaning the hinges. They are deceitful and just out to make money. I was just looking for a good old fashioned Ford dealer.but this ain't it."

"I had an appointment for a safety recall at 8am, was told it would take 3 hours, when I called at 2pm it still wasn’t started and was told they might not get to it that day. When they finally got started after 3 pm they called with a list of major things that also needed repaired, the man was irritated when I told him that I just had the car at another mechanic and they didn’t say anything about those things, to just fix the recall and I would pick up the car. Took the car to a 3rd garage and, surprise, surprise, none of what they wanted me to pay for repair was actually wrong!"
