"I’ve lived there for 2 years. In my 2 years living there, we had 4 different property managers. The management was friendly but the problem is they never fixed anything. The decks were always falling apart. There was always trash everywhere. My lock was broke for months. When I first moved in I had a bee hive in my window and it took them for ever to get it out. Broken blinds that never were fixed. A/C and heat didn’t work really until I figured out it’s because the never changed the filter. My refrigerator was broken but then they brought me a nasty one from an old unit that didn’t even match any of the other appliances. Not nearly enough parking. Water damage and leaks in the basement. However the location is great near stores and restaurant. It is pet friendly. Toward the end management started trying to make things better and fix things. But it’s like every time there is new management they are way to in over their head with the amount of problems everyone has. I had one of the updated townhomes so I can only imagine others who don’t. Overall, it’s not the worst place to live and I believe it’s what you make of it."

"Ive lived here for four years and am now moving to be closer to my mother. I always enjoyed living here, the units are BIG and mine had all new appliances. Its a quiet community and the manager make sure everyone is taking care of. If you pay your rent on time you wont ever have an issue living here."
