Hampton Inn Youngstown-North

"WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE. I do NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The name is deceiving. It is nothing like the other Hampton hotels. This manager should have his franchise number stripped away from him. Make sure to check the all linens including the towels and sheets. There was a huge urine spot at the bottom of the bed comforter, which was covered up by a folded flat sheet. When I asked for the corporate number the manager REFUSED to give me the number. He told me to google it. Upon asking for the corporate number again he walked away and called the police. The police were awesome. When they arrived they saw the urine stained comforter and asked the manager for the number. He told the officer to google it. He refused to take the charge off and I had to contact corporate to file a complaint. I also had to file with my bank. I will also be contacting Better Business Bureau. I have been a Diamond member since 2018. I have never stayed at the Hampton where the pool was closed and cleanliness is a problem. DO NOT STAY HERE. GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE COMFORT INN and SUITES. DO NOT STAY. RUN … across the street to the Comfort Inn and Suites for cleanliness, professionalism, better rooms, cheaper price, luxury, great view, great service, great hospitality, pool is clean and in working condition."

"Great stay and VERY CLEAN! I have to say cleanliness is the first thing I notice in a hotel room and this Hampton Inn was spotless. I am picky and I check everything before I unzip my suitcase and everything was clean. I even check the mattresses and they were super clean. The housekeeper was very sweet as well. I like that they have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. It was really a nice touch. There was a nice big TV with a zillion channels which I loved. The location is very close to I80 so it was perfect for our road trip. I would stay here again!"

"This is a very quiet location, friendly stay from the time we checked in until check. Mrs.Erica breakfast looked and tasted amazing the kitchen area was well kept and clean. She also spoke with a good morning. Mrs. Mya the front desk staff was very polite and spoke with a hello good morning. If your looking for clean and quiet with a indoor pool this is the place to come."
