"We rented a condo in June of 2020. We had a terribly unpleasant experience with Mike Snider. The following is a description of the problems we encountered. When we shared them with Mike (listed as "you" in the message below) and asked for any kind of compensation, he was sarcastic and then blew us off. We will never rent from LEVR again. Check in was at 3:00 on Thursday afternoon (June 18, 2020). We received a call from you at 3:19 stating that the previous renters had not vacated and we were to stand by and await further instructions. You stated that they were to be checked out by 11 and that housekeeping was unable to get in to clean because the renters couldn’t be located. We called to follow up at 3:43 and 4:19 with no response. We checked the lockbox and there were no registration materials. Turns out my son and I walked past you at this time. You were loading trash in your red jeep. At the time we didn’t know that was you. We called again at 4:32. No answer. At 5:04 you called us to let us know that the previous renters’ belongings were removed by you and your crew and we could pick up the keys. At 5:19 you called us back and said that the previous renters still had things in the unit and asked if we minded if they come by and collect their remaining belongings. You said they were coming straight from your office at that time. Reluctantly we agreed, since we really didn’t have much choice. When we got in to the unit it was apparent that their belongings had not been completely removed. There was a fishing pole and an extra large tote in the master bedroom. The guest bath medicine cabinet was full of prescription medicine and there was a lot of food left in the pantry. At 5:57 we called you again because the previous renters still hadn’t shown up and we didn’t want to leave the premises until they had collected their belongings. We did not receive a returned phone call. After 6:00 the previous renters came in. It was very uncomfortable. They were flustered. We were frustrated. They told us that they had been coming on this same fishing trip for 40 years and had never been evicted from their rental. When I responded with, “I think check out was at 11” they informed me that they had paid for Thursday and were scheduled to check out on Friday. They said that the rental agency had double booked the room. They “congratulated” me for winning the room. I was speechless and then felt terrible for their circumstances. The rental agency double book the room. Had we known the truth, we would have asked to be put up in a hotel or other unit until they checked out on Friday. Instead we had a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience that robbed us of several hours of our vacation. We didn’t settle in until 7pm after the ordeal was over. It took a lot longer than that for my husband to cool off. After checking out the accommodations, we were not confident that the rental was thoroughly cleaned. The floors and rugs were dirty. It seemed like too quick of a turn around from the call that the previous renters hadn’t vacated until we got the keys. In this time of COVID19 I can only assume that the cleaning requirements would be more stringent. The turnaround was very quick, maybe too quick. Then today (Saturday) at around 12:15, two women let themselves in to the condo while I was feeding my sons lunch. I stood there, shocked. They apologized all over themselves for interrupting. They were the owners. They said that the agency told them no one would be renting until Sunday and that they could bring chairs for the pool. ____________________________________________________________ After the check-in debacle and then the owners coming in, we'd had enough disruptions to our trip and we decided to leave two days early. When we shared the details of our ordeal, and asked for a refund of the last two days, Mike responded with sarcasm. We never even received an apology for the inconvenience, let alone any form of compensation."

"The condo was beautiful but very expensive considering the hot tub was not working during our visit and there were workers banging hammers on one of our balconies (which we couldn’t use) at 7:30 am each morning and throughout the day. There was zero privacy as workers were on our balcony during most of our time there. We were not offered any type of refund or compensation when I called to report the issues. We will not be renting with this organization again."
