"It was nice looking but I felt it was dirty. The bed and blanket had stuff all over it I believe it had not been washed in months. The stove had a glass top which was badly broken. The people who worked there were so nice..."

"Nice place to sto for a night to rest, unwind, or just to take a load off ur mind and relax, They even offer weekly rates that are very affordable to all. The staff at Budget Lodge is awesome. From the time you check in, until the time you leave, The owner is always asking how you are understands sometimes, just sometimes you have to work on your car, He was very understanding and had no issues with this, unlike other motels.. His wife makes sure that you have clean sheets and fresh towels, and even if you dont, you're still greeted with her kind smile and their children. They are just that, well-behaved and out playing and having fun. Like I said, from my experience here and from my words, this is an ace in the hole kinda place, two thumbs up and 5 stars from me"

"Do not stay here, especially if you have a nice car! My husband and I stayed here one night while on our way to see our grandbabies in MI. BIG MISTAKE! My car was vandalized by someone trying to steal the tires off of my car. The rooms are filthy, I don't know when the last time a vacuum cleaner was used on the carpet, or a mop on the bathroom floor. We got up early and left - that's when we discovered someone had tried to steal my car tires and had broken 3 of the 5 lug nuts off of one tires. We almost crashed. Stay somewhere else....seriously...."

"I hate writing bad reviews, I really do! They are to help customers and owners rather good or bad. That place needs a good cleaning. I get it is a low budget motel but no business should ever be that dirty. The rooms could use a good paint job & some minor fixes. TLC goes a long way."

"Price is very affordable. However it's advertised to have smoking or non smoking rooms. Yet according to a staff member ALL the rooms are smoked in. The signage advertised free breakfast. However that is absolutely not the case. There was no breakfast offered. You can literally smell what the neighboring rooms smoke. We even had the pleasure of sharing our accommodations with a lone cockroach. The staff was kind and helpful. However the low rate equal low amenities. Although we had a bathroom hot water was slightly scarce. Unless it's the only option I probably won't stay there again. However if you have less than 100.00 you spend you can definitely afford it."
