I don't need a paper copy, but expect it to be submitted to my insurance so I can see the breakdown there. I already have a high-deductible, but if nothing ever counts towards it, then that effectively makes my deductible higher."

"When I first met Dr. Costello back in high school, someone told me, "He really fixes people." And it's true: Dr. Costello is stellar. He's a kind man, gentle and hospitable, and he really knows his stuff. He relieved me of my back pain from lugging around a heavy book bag when I was in high school, and I've seen him since in my adult years for back injuries, a hip injury, and carpal tunnel. It's fascinating how with just a pull of your arm or watching you bend your torso he can tell precisely what's going on and help you right away. Office visits have always been very quick for me and have always resulted in me feeling fantastic and pain-free. I've never had issues getting convenient appointment times either, even with his change in hours. I've been through *many* chiropractors, and I swore he was the last I'd try before I gave up on them altogether. I'm so glad that I did, and I recommend Dr. Costello to everyone. "Dr. Costello is a magician. I swear I come out of there an inch taller and feeling better. I've been to a couple of other chiropractors and Dr Costello is the best and gentle. Our whole family uses him. My mom for headaches, my dad for hip and lower back, myself for lower back (though one time he saw that my shoulder looked odd and popped my clavicle back into place- I didn't even know it was weak until he showed me). He even made my brother faster in hockey by realigning a few bones. I would recommend him to everyone."
