"Check out the photos, custom trophy!! Saw they made a hamburger trophy and gave them a call to see about making a hot dog trophy for an event I was having. They said they would be able to do it just needed to get prices and that closer to the event we could proceed since it was their busy time. I sent them a few emails with my request/details with a rough idea I had and they replied (went to spam but I caught it). I also called a few times, just to make sure everything was going to plan and when it was ready they let me know. It came out perfect and was exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you guys so much! "I was a long time patron here. I am all about staying local. However, the past couple years there has been a big downfall in quality, price, customer service, and speed of service. There has been several times they got my order wrong. On the last couple transactions names were misspelled and it took weeks to finish. Today was the final straw when I was told to leave if I didn't have a mask. I understand fears of covid and would have put a mask on if she was genuine on her fears. However she is a hypocrite when she wasn't wearing the mask to be on the phone and put one on to address me and kick me out for not having one. Obviously she doesn't understand or know what the mask actually does and would explain why there is such poor service as of late at Trophy Works. Their loss, I was bringing 4 more local dart leagues to them with today's business. Hopefully they learn from mistakes and not turn there customers to online services which are faster and cheaper."

A short time later I was in receipt of a truly unique custom piece that didn't break the bank.
