"ATTN: DO NOT DEAL WITH EYEGLASSES WORLD THY BREAK SALE CONTRACTS. First time trying eyeglass world . NEVER again, thy are the jiffy lube of eyeglasses, Absolutely horrendous! I spend hundreds of dolleres on 2 pairs that I thought will come out good but it was crooked and the lenses are foggy !!! Messed up the prescription. All what i asked for is if i can return an item in her store ( i read your return policy and i have the right to return. ) The manager was super rude and lied to my face saying I can’t. I spent hundreds thinking okay , the customer service is terrible but the glasses may turn out well! NOPE , crappie experience all around. What an absolute disaster."

"I have been coming here for years now and although the one lady is always super nice the staff isn’t really all that friendly. And today I called in asking if they accepted walk ins(which I know they do become every appointment I have had has always had someone walk in and have to wait behind me) and the young lady today says “no not typically we like appointments” so I just ended the call and will not come back and yeah I agree with the last comment on quality I spend nearly 500 dollars every two years and the glasses are trash quality but this is one of the closer places my insurance covers for exams. Don’t worry though I’ll make a drive for some where else."

"The lab this store uses does a HORRIBLE job on lenses and the employees are shockingly incompetent and condescending. The money I saved on glasses (if you call spending $300 on a defective pair of glasses that look terrible “saving money”) is not worth the headache this store caused me on multiple occasions. I took a pair of my glasses into the store to be fixed before I was set to move out of town. The fix was superficial and should have been easy, but for some unknown reason an employee sanded down the edges rather than polish them so I had a thick white rim around each lens. It looked BAD. When they handed them back to me, I asked in alarm if they sanded/beveled them and the girl lied and said they did not, but it was obvious they did and an employee eventually admitted to doing so, so they agreed to order me new lenses. The problem is that their new lab is basically the cheapest of cheap and poor quality (as an employee explained to me), so they messed up the lenses three separate times. This means I had to drive an hour and a half round trip three times over the course of three months only to learn they were once again defective. I was told the store has no control over the lab and that customers are consistently reporting problems with them. When I expressed frustration on my fourth and final attempt to get workable glasses, the store manager said it was my fault I waited to fix them right before my move (?) and there was nothing more she could do. I reminded her that her employees ruined my glasses three months prior and it was the lab that was consistently churning out junk lenses. Now I have defective glasses. All this to say, this experience has been a massive waste of my time and money. And the same thing happened to me the last time I got glasses here! Clients should not have to drive back and forth in perpetuity to get a decent pair of glasses, nor should they be belittled when they ask the store to fix their mistakes. I hate how expensive glasses are and have only used this store because the glasses are cheaper than other stores, but their incompetence (did I mention the employee who put my lenses in backwards and tried to send me home unable to see out of them?), rude attitude, and time wasted absolutely are not worth it. Go elsewhere!"

From the young football fan to the general manger-- EVERYONE is kind, helpful and skilled not only in what they do as part of their job but in the way they treat customers. Had a little glitch with my glasses-- fixed up in no time! I will most certainly be back and recommend!"

"Most definitely will recommend this place! The entire staff on 2/15 was great! I must say Amanda did such a great job as well as Brian who checked my eyes. The other female receptionist who checked me in was outstanding as well ❤️you guys have a lifetime customer now"
