"I am a client and this is the best agency I have been with. I had two other agencies and the staff would never show up or show up and leave then come back I would not get service. I finally got a good and reliable caregiver but the office staff were not good and not improving. She suggested integrity and I am glad that she did because the staff are kind and respectful. They take time to understand me since I have trouble speaking unlike the last company I was with. So far I have had no problems with any staff.
