"Erie, PA location - I made an appointment for a keratin treatment. I’ve had them in the past from other salons, and my hair was soft and manageable for months. After the girl started she confessed that she had NEVER done one of these treatments before and had to keep stopping to read the instructions on the bottle. I asked her several times if there was anyone that could help, and she said she could do it. I should have made her rinse the stuff off so I could leave. Now my hair is breaking off, dull, full of split ends and needs about 6” cut off. I wash only twice a month and never use heat. There’s no reason other than the treatment that my hair should suddenly be in such terrible condition."
