Then after everything when finishing up paperwork decided to say he heard “ rattling in my pockets “ why would he let me even begin the test is he heard “ rattling in my pockets “?! "Don't be misled by the hours on the google maps page. Wednesdays and Saturdays are open by appointment. I was given less than 3 days by my new employer for a pre-employment drug screen. I called and left a voicemail and they got back to me within the hour to schedule a Saturday appointment. Despite the bad weather, they were there on time and the process was relatively painless. Definitely one of the quickest drug screening processes I've gone through."

"Walked into this place 1130am for a drug screening. Lady came out in back and didn't even greet me and was told i will be right with you after I told her I was here for a drug screening.I have an email to go to the closest place for a drug screening within 24 hours and choose SGS drug testing, which was recommended by a friend. All these 5 stars reviews are mirages. I ask her how much longer for the wait and was told there is no appointment on Wednesday after waiting 40 minutes ,that was not noted on the website. If you don’t take appointments on Wednesday , note it on your website not a small sign that no one pays attention to. She keeps insisting a sign on a door with small writing when I ask her how much longer for the wait. She was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her multiple times how long will I have to wait and she couldn’t even give me an answer. I will never go to this place again.This company needs to hire someone to know how to be a people person and muti-task. If only I can give zero stars. Then she proceeds to tell me to go to work-fit and wait another hour , really professional."

"Really great experience. Was easy to find and the service was flawless. I was in and out and the employees were very friendly. I personally need a drug screening and today was my deadline and I walked in, but it was by appointment only. I called the number and he personally drove here to allow me to take the screening. I was very appreciative. Great experience."
