"I took the training here to get my PCA and I really enjoyed the class. Nurse Teo who taught and instructed the class had a old school method . She was strict , no nonsense , and got down to business. I gather she Only used this method because she really wanted us to learn the material , and wanted everyone to pass the class. If anyone is interested in getting their PCA I would recommend Addus . The rest of the staff is just as warm and welcoming as well ."

"HORRIBLE! Aides never arrive on time. do not do anything but talk on the phone all day. My grandmother does not speak English therefore we requested her language accommodations be met.. NOPE they will tell you one thing and do another. they are not organized and very rude. I sent a good family friend of mine to VIP to see if maybe they could hire her to work for my grandmother but instead the manager ripped up her application in her face and refused to hire her even though she was already qualified. worse company I have ever dealt with. if you enjoy headaches and stress contact VIP & they'll be sure to give it to you."
