"They were great to deal with from the sales side however they "forget" about you afterwards, and you are on your own after the sale. The sales manager (My salesperson) was specifically asked to follow up with me on a defective section of our new couch. $4000.00 and four months later I still have a defective couch. No follow up, no follow through. I can see why this store has a 4.2 rating, it starts at the top. I could never recommend them. What do I have to do to get now, a new sectional section. Next will be they replace the part and it is still defective. Then they will need to do what they should have done to begin with and replace it. I will be taking this to the next level very shortly I do not recommend this business if you want a good customer experience. The couch was defective "upon delivery not after the fact"" !!!"
"Overpriced everything, they leave fake spilled drinks around the store to bait you into engaging with a salesperson so they can shill the protection plan on you. If I spot a scummy business practice within my first 60 seconds in the store you know that it only gets worse from there"
"Interiors Home has a broad selection of furniture, rugs, and decor pieces. The staff are friendly and customer needs focused and the showroom is clean and orderly. Although the retail prices may be high, their clearance section often has some nice finds. I definitely recommend a visit to their showroom, especially when there is a sale! Their delivery team is absolutely wonderful to work with! Our swivel gliders were delivered ahead of the target date, they called ahead, they were coordinated and careful."
"I was told it would take 14 weeks to receive the bed I ordered. It was available a little sooner, but I had to wait 2 more weeks to get it because of the shipping schedule. One week they only deliver 2 days and the following week they only deliver 3 days. So I had to wait into that additional week for a delivery because I had personal things on those 2 days . The delivery guys were very nice and friendly. The mattress I ordered wasn't so nice. Visually looked ok, but laying on it, the top of the mattress didn't have the soft foam on it that the store's sample had that I tried out. This caused me to go to the store to find out if they sent me the wrong mattress or someone else's. Well, it checked out that it was the right model, but the one I received didn't have the soft topper. I really think the mattress company cut back on their stuffing to save a buck. Nicely, the person helping me was the sales woman who took my order in the first place. She asked me how the bed was, and I told her it's very nice but I'm disappointed in that too. I ordered a twin bed from the catalog, and I had a choice of the metal color. The catalog showed a gold bed with white decor pieces all across the bed. It was so pretty! I picked out a silver color for my bed. That's what I got, a bed painted all silver! No white decor details on this bed at all! It's a sturdy bed but it actually looks to me to be drab without the white detail. I have had an awful year with a death in my family and a really stressful week. I didn't ask for any exchanges or anything because I can't handle another wait of 14 weeks. I came to the conclusion that I will never order anything from a catalog again! And I'm never waiting 14 weeks for furniture delivery again. For me, this wait was very stressful. I made sure I moved everything out of the way for delivery, so I wasn't charged for the delivery men to move anything because they charge you heavy fees for doing this. I'm not going back, I'm going to find a new mattress. I'll get some white enamel paint to paint those areas on the bed that should have been white, myself. This bed was expensive and for it to be delivered like this is really sad. I think the company should receive a photo of the custom item and have the customer approve that the order is right. This company charged me 99 dollars for delivery and 100 dollars to put my bed together. I'm done thinking this place will give you what you pay for. And you have to pay for it upfront. They take no deposits on an order. I don't recommend them."
"Had just a great experience buying a couch from design consultant Mark Boyer. He really engaged with us and personalized the experience; willing to help us with design decisions. Store had a great selection and reasonable pricing which allowed us to customize in ways we didn't previously think we'd be able to afford. For sure we will return here when we have other furniture needs as long as Mark is still around to make the experience an absolute blast."
