"I have been dealing with pro gas for 20 plus years on a personal and business level with multiple tank rentals and purchasing majority of my welding supplies through them.... was just in recently to purchase a regulator adapter same as in the past and was told company was recently purchased and now policy prohibits them from selling fittings and adapters that they clearly had hanging behind the counter..... they will also no longer be filling anything on location other than propane. once my tanks are depleted I will be returning them and switching to a different company that will hopefully take care of their existing customers who have supported this business since it's opening....what a shame"
"I have been with Pro Gas of Zelienople for over 15 years. I stopped by their office to simply refill my grill tank one day, talked with them about residential propane. As it turned out Pro Gas was a far better option compared to Amerigas and I've been with Pro Gas ever since. Their service is prompt, courteous, and professional. Their drivers are polite, their trucks are immaculate which reflects their service and standards. Highly recommended !!!!"

Marco and Kevin helped me make the switch with ease and their pricing and customer service are the best I’ve experienced... The guys that installed the tank were EXTREMELY nice and professional. When I had a few questions and needed assistance, their response time was instantaneous... not many companies act in this manner which sets them apart as a first class company in every sense of the word! My wife mentioned she feels safe as our propane heat is our main heating source for our home and having a company that we can count on when needed is imperative!! "It's an energy supplier, so it is what it is. But in terms of operational capacity and customer service, they could definitely use some improvement. I've been a customer for a few years and they almost never seem to have enough staff or equipment to cover their demand. Recently they told me they'd deliver on a day where they're not even scheduled to dispatch to my part of town! If you can't deliver immediately that's fine, just at least give me the courtesy and respect of telling me upfront. If I had an option to try another supplier, I definitely would."
