"Tried to schedule a diagnostic mammography multiple times and they make it nearly impossible to schedule. Getting a call back took a while and then I was instructed that I didn’t have all of the correct information on the primary doctors order who provided a ICD code and diagnosis/rationale and multiple CPT codes. I clarified the paperwork twice with the PCP. I was told by Fox Chase everything is done manually so the information has to be exact or it will be rejected. It sounds like a proper process issue to me and it really shouldn’t be this difficult to schedule a mammogram. I gave up and scheduled with Holy Redeemer who had no problem at all with the information I provided from the PCP."
