"How much they re schedule is very annoying you should get a discount if it is more than once. I live in a complex & it took my neighbors as mine just sat outside right next to theres. The water came days later…thank goodness for giant eagle water bottles in the mean time…. If there is a different service just go with them as you can see I’m not the only review saying this."

"Signing up for this is a HUGE MISTAKE!!! Don't get fooled!! I got this from Sam's when an agent talked about the product. But they have very poor delivery system where they let you reschedule the delivery MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! Poor customer service too! They don't address the issue and REPEATEDLY DELAYING DELIVERY AND KEPT ON RESCHEDULING. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!"

"Deliveries are always delayed and pushed back. I contacted customer service via the app and was told there have been “operational shifts in my area”, that my order would be delivered the following day. Next day came- I received an alert that delivery would be pushed back another 2 days. If you want disappointing service and delayed deliveries this is the company for you! I am definitely switching suppliers for both myself and my business."

"Do Not use this company!! My water delivery is always rescheduled at lest twice, I rented a dispenser from them, it started leaking, I emailed them and the response I received was at first stating it was probably the bottle after telling them that it was the actual dispenser by email, they finally stated they would replace it but once again the exchange was rescheduled twice!! I finally received a phone call from them and was told they would get it out to me that day! No one came!! They did not tr at me like a valuable customer, I have cancelled my Service with them and I recommend everyone else do the same! This company does NOT care about their customers"

"I got talked into this service at Sam's Club. This is how my first delivery of water showed up. A huge dent right by the handle that nobody could miss. Then the system asks me to tip the driver. I'm not paying their wages. All these companies get rich not paying their employees well and they expect the public to do it for them. Ridiculous."
