"I have been harassed by my neighbor who threatened my life and stalking me trespassing on my property exposed himself to me the investigating officer has not got back with me its been over a month and still my life is in danger the police refuse to pick him up on a Felony warrant the Judicial system is corrupt I am a single black woman living alone he constantly stalks me day and night! I can't get any help the suspect was standing right in front of the police they refused to apprehended him its pathetic I am being ignored by the police and the prosecutor office!"

UPDATE: The intoxicated Colombian who was found guilty of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide while intoxicated, a 3rd degree felony, and only served 3 yrs. in prison after killing my son 23 yrs. ago before being deported back to Columbia, has now had his sentence reduced to a 1st degree misdemeanor of causing physical harm. Vast difference between 'physical harm' and Death. The ineptness I observed throughout this process is shameful. Be careful on the roads of OH. He now has the ability to legally return."

"A year ago, I was sideswiped by the guy who went the wrong way down a lane because he cut through a construction zone. When I tried to get his insurance information, he punched me to the ground, sending me to the ER. I have gone through four or five different prosecutors, and I finally heard back today. The argument from the prosecutor is that the only crime this person committed was “hitting me hard enough for a laceration” and that they don’t believe he’s actually guilty or responsible for anything. None of my medical bill’s resulting from this accident will be paid, nor will my car be fixed. Any lawyer that believes victims should be forced to suffer more and shouldn’t feel healthy and safe in their communities shouldn’t be representing victims or their interests."

"The prosecutor fought for my family that took me in and got the guy that did the hit and run 5 years... Even the prosecutor we had was starting to tear up in court; which was something I had never seen before and I could tell he really cared... He answered all of my questions and concerns with class, and even gave me his number If something happened... I just wanted to share my appreciation to that prosecutor, I may not remember his name but he made us feel safe and he made us feel like someone cared and was listening to us! He also made sure we understood the ruling of the court and explained what everything meant. He really went above and beyond! If you see him, tell him mike said thanks!"
