"My bank for years. All tellers are very nice"
"I have banked here for 4 years, with no issues till now . I had an account that i closed a year ago for fraud. I didn't receive any emails or letters or any correspondence from the bank, I thought, and was told the issue is resolved . So yesterday to my surprise the bank pulled all the owed funds out they left my account overdrawn when I talked to the customer service the respons kept coming up we want the money now and screw you or and your issues was their aditude. They also charged me for multiple overdraft fees that they created. And no this is not a you should manage your money better situation this is a bank stole my money situation"
"This bank is on a verge of closing, it's Thursday August 3rd,246 pm,still no direct deposit, called over an hour ago,no answers, but blamed my payroll department, well last week had my pay in on last Thursday before 830 am,,my niece same problem and she works for a school district in erie County pa,he told me that 2 days aren't queented, LOL,THEY HAVE NO ATM'S,in other stores"

However, Zach at this branch took time to listen to what I had to say and he fixed the issue no problem at all. He is a true asset to your bank and if everyone had the empathy shown by Zach your bank would be so much better. He deserves a raise."
