"No one answers the phone and no one returns messages. I left a message a week before my appointment that I needed to reschedule. No one called me back and they marked my appointment as a no show, which created a huge mess with insurance approval for my infusion (ironically upmc insurance). Been calling for weeks and still no call back. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional just like the rest of UPMC."
