"This was my first time booking with Ellen’s. I booked last week for today Friday Aug. 16th, the appointment was for a loc retwist, was confirmed but then I got a text Tuesday to send a pic of my hair. I didn’t see the message until Thursday and so I sent the picture. She didn’t respond, left me on read and canceled my appointment without my knowledge. I then texted to see if I was still ok to come. She said “no”. Canceling an appointment w/o letting the client know over a picture is very unprofessional. Especially for someone who is booking for the first time and doesn’t understand your process. I will never book again."
