Reviews
"I do not recommend online pickup. They listed 4 items as out of stock, but I went into the store and found 3 of them myself, right where they should be in the shelf. I also had online ordering problems, and the customer service chat sends you in circles with an automated bot. The phone customer service put me on hold so long that I gave up."
"Can always find moldy gluten free items. Also certain items are often out of stock. -Had to drop another star since the deli is a complete mess."
"It's one of my favorites. Alot of sales. Also it has 5 gallons of Park Deer Spring water. Which is not bad the price you buy first they are $15. But if you bring the jugs back it's only $9."
"I shop here frequently, most of the time there are at least 5+ items not in stock which is extremely frustrating. Normally I don't have an issue with the produce section. I wanted to buy romaine lettuce and they all looked disgusting so I did not buy them. I did however buy other produce one of which was an avocado and it was absolutely disgusting. Lack of product and care of products definitely seems to be an issue lately. It's honestly highly disappointing. I tried contacting Giant, no response just some generic we are busy... Update: I did finally get a response.i got a 25 dollar gift card and apology. That was a very kind gesture. The produce has been better. However the lack of inventory is still alive and well. This is an on going issue with this store in particular. This seems like a very busy store, so you would think they would order accordingly. It would be really nice to be able to do my shopping in one store. The associates are great, kind, helpful and respectful. Update #2: The quality has still been way better. The lack of inventory is still alive and well. They never, I mean NEVER , have everything I need. Doesn't matter what day I go either. Obviously this is a busy store, I get it, so why don't they order accordingly. Sometimes I find what I need on the top shelf and pull the box down get what I need and then stock the shelf myself. However, most of the time they don't have what I'm looking for. Update: I did have someone reach out to me. Which was very nice and i appreciate the gesture. I haven't seen any disgusting meat since. However, nothing had been done about the stocking issues. I always buy spring water. I will only buy it at giant if it's convenient because their competitors spring water is .99 vs their spring water is 1.50. But they never have any in stock anyway. This Giant location seems to have stoking issues, and it's not just water. Still there are multiple things not in stock. What's the deal? There aren't issues at other grocers I visit. I would understand if I was an item or two. It's always multiple items and I have to go elsewhere to finish my shopping. I know this is a busy store so order accordingly. I really do like Giant but it's becoming more convenient to shop at the competition because they have everything I need."
"When I visit Elizabethtown, this is the go to grocery store. It is well organized , clean, and convenient. It has a pharmacy, a bank, a Starbucks, and the usual grocery store departments. And now it has some sort of droid running around the store also. The entrance is a little funky, but other than that it’s a great store."
