"This doctor refused to return my calls. This includes the office staff and nurse. I started going in 2020. Everything was ok until the last year when no one would answer the phone or it would just go dead if someone did answer. My pcp tried for two weeks to get in contact with someone, and this was after I tried to file a report after I was refused an appointment. I was told I had to wait until May 2022 to make an appointment for April 2022. Does this make sense? Of course not. I finally found out that my pcp made contact with the nurse and the nurse lied that they have not been filling my prescription. The pharmacist confirms to me every time that they have to speak to the doctor or PA every time it needs filled. Now I have to find somewhere else to go. I’m at a risk of seizures without my medication, so thankfully my pcp can fill my prescription in the meantime. It is Dr. John Doyle’s name on my medication bottle, so again, she is lying. It’s a good thing I’m going somewhere else so that I don’t have to suffer through incompetence and an office that outright refuses to schedule me every time I call and every time my pcp tries to call. Avoid this office and doctor if you can."

"8am appt was seen at 9:15, seemed knowledgeable but needs a refresher on his people skills 101! Not empathetic at all and bullied around his resident that made us uncomfortable. Prepare yourself for not being seen anywhere close to your scheduled time!!! This seems to be the norm across the board in any medical field though their time is more important than ours!!!"
