Concentra Urgent Care

"My only issue was when I walked in and walked up to the counter. I stood there for a few minutes and two female employees didn't say anything to me. I noticed there was a sign saying to the effect of 'don't approach, someone will be with you.' So I sat down and waited for several minutes. Wasn't called to the counter. I asked another patron if she had been waited on; she said yes. I then shared with her about my waiting, she said to just walk up to the counter. I did and the two female employees at the counter didn't say anything to me. A male employee walked up from behind the counter and asked if I have been waited on. I said no and that started the process and then the two females begun to speak to me. I don't know what that was all about but come on people. Customer service isn't customer service anymore. Lefts do better. Shaking my head."

"I typically dont reviews places like at all but i want to warn people about this place. The other day I arrived and there was a 3.5hr wait, so I arrived early today for 8am, I was THE first one here when this place opened. I was here for a physical, and continued to wait 1.5hrs before being called, and half of the lobby was called before me. Then once my name was call, i continued to wait longer. I would highly recommend finding a different concentra location even if it may be a bit of a longer drive, it would probably save you time in the end."

"I specially like how fast they were. When I went in there was several people ahead of me however I was in and out and probably 15-20 minutes at the most. That's the best thing about the place and their efficiency and just the way they handle things"

"I went in for a drug test and dot physical. My overall experience was great and staff was kind. 4 stars because I wish I would've known that i’d be there for 2 hours! Still, I highly recommend getting pre-employment testing done here."
