"I've been using this team since we moved to Texas for over 4 years. Tara has been terrific. Each time I've been there they take me through a battery of tests in addition to the screen room where they test my hearing and compression. She is never in a hurry and takes the time needed to answer my questions and explain the long-term issues I'll face going forward. She's never tried to jam me with the "newest and greatest" hearing aids. Twice they've sent out my old ones for repair and most recently they retrofitted my wife's aids that she's no longer using. Great team and I'll continue to use them and I've recommended Tara to my friends. THANKS!"

"I have never been so impressed with a first dr. visit. I had expected it would be all about pressure to buy high priced hearing aids.It was completely different a lot of extensive testing and explaining all the components of the tests and what was good and bad about my hearing. Nothing was rushed and no pressure to buy hearing aids now. Got a pair to test for a week. I highly recommend this outstanding place."

"I strongly advise against visiting this office. They engage in questionable insurance practices and the front desk staff are extremely rude. The receptionist, in particular, had a very snappy attitude. My insurance states that the office visit requires a $50 copay. However, the receptionist refused to communicate with my insurance company or listen to my concerns. She repeatedly interrupted me, insisting that she already knew the insurances and that they only cover the hearing test, not the office visit. When I questioned the logic of covering a hearing test but not the office visit, she dismissed my concerns. It became clear that the issue arises because they choose to bill separately for the office visit and the hearing test. When my husband called to inquire about their billing practices, she refused to provide any information. As someone who works in billing, I understand how insurance works, and this situation is highly irregular. I will be reporting this office to the insurance companies for investigation into their billing practices. Families depend on these services for their children, and it is unacceptable to charge $200 for an in-network hearing test. My insurance even confirmed that the out-of-pocket cost for an out-of-network visit is $105."

"The staff really works with their patients. We initially had insurance issues, but they worked with us and kept us informed through the resolution. They were also able to get my son in for testing and new ear molds. Due to his age, they also shared information that would help cover tuition costs at TX state colleges and got us scheduled for that testing too. All of the staff is friendly, professional and helpful."
