"VERY BUT VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST! Just called for a simple question for sooner appointments and said very rudely no and straight hung up! A “im sorry have a good day by bye” ATLEAST would be nice. You would expect them to hire people who greet their patients like they should. So unprofessional and disappointing!"

"If I could give zero stars I absolutely would… Tina the receptionist is rude beyond belief. She doesn’t allow you to finish your sentences. When you ask any question it is an inconvenience and she’ll cut you off mid sentence before allowing you to finish. It’s her job to get my insurance information if I don’t have all the details about coverage but she made certain that I did her entire job for her by calling my provider. Took me 1 hour to fill out 15 min paperwork because she kept sending me back to call my provider for information she should have gotten on my behalf. Dr Kramer will be losing my business and as I’ve read the reviews of others he will be losing plenty of other peoples business because of Tina the rude receptionist. Pam was alright but Tina definitely ruined my entire experience that not even the seeet Dr. Kramer could turn around. I’d advise that you to call before you go in to get a taste of Tina’s absolutely terrible customer service skills. Dr Kramer i hope you read these reviews…. I will be canceling my scheduled appointment here because I know she would get paid out of it. I hope you find a way to get rid of Tina, as I myself am a business owner and if I heard how she treated clients I’d make certain she was never there to run off paying clients. When I asked her if they had financing she said no we don’t when I asked Dr Kramer he was much more polite and told me my options butTina had to make it a point that they absolutely don’t she only wanted to find ways to be the most unhelpful person in the room. I don’t know what’s caused her to be this way but as you can see in plenty of previous reviews she is certainly the worst experience about this place"

"Dr. Kramer is awesome! I was having horrible tooth pain, and he carefully and quickly removed my tooth. He was able to quickly work me in to his busy schedule. His staff was friendly and kind. The office was super clean. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need oral surgery again- he's the man!"

"Absolutely wonderful facility!!! I honestly wish I could give them a higher rating!! I have a terrible phobia of dentists but with Dr. Kramer it's gone! He's very friendly and understanding about everything. He'll put me to sleep for anything I want because of my phobia. His bedside manner before and after dental work is fantastic. I've never had a more honest and caring dentist. I would highly recommend him for any dental or facial reconstruction needs."
