"They charged for a bill that should be 56 to 86 then two weeks later charge me 157 an now a late fee is also on there I call get nowhere they won't change my plan back to what it was they switched me without my consent and I am disabled and I have a heart monitor that is attached to this phone and they will not help me at all. I also called multiple times they even said it was a messed up but won't fix it . what am I to do ???? My heart monitor is connected to this phone an they won't help me at all ."

"Marc was by himself when I went in and already had a customer. He was very polite but very clear there would be a wait. While I was waiting, another customer came in, and he told them the same thing. While helping his first customer, he repeatedly checked with us to be sure we were still okay with the wait. At one point, he actually was helping all 3 of us while he waited for something for the first customer. It actually was an enjoyable experience. I don't think any of us felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Marc deserves 10 stars!!! This was at the W 26th St store in Erie."
