"Full service employee never gave me my dollar change. He went in to get the dollar, came back out, and started pumping gas into another car. I figured he needed the dollar more than me, so didn't say anything, but will never go back. Erie has plenty of other gas stations."
"IMHO using Kwik Fill ethanol free has resolved the Honda CRV motor oil dilution problem. My CRV use to smell and the crankcase did dilute with gasoline until I switch to ethanol free. Oil dilution is a known Honda problem..."
"I went here tonight to get a propane exchange. The cashier rang me up and so I waited for someone to exchange my tank. I stood there for 5 minutes and she didn't acknowledge me. So I finally asked I f I should get it myself or what was the deal? She said that the person coming in was an hour late and I'd have to wait till someone else could get ther! After she charged me! A 40 minute wait for a propane exchange!"
"In the last year or so the employees there have went down hill except Steve that pumps gas. I stopped going there EVERY morning and EVENING to barely at all now. Went in this morning and the MANAGER was counting the drawer on a register for the start of her shift I'm guessing because it was 6:05 am. All I was getting was the paper so I'm standing at the counter waiting. She finished counting it and Instead of waiting on me ( and I'm the only customer in the store) she starts wiping off the bottom of the lottery machine and other things down there. I grabbed the paper walked over to the door and THREW the paper back in the rack and left. I've had other experiences there in the past with other employees talking smart to customers like there bothering them to do there job and figured I would try again. DONE ....I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I LIVE CLOSE. Kwik Fill needs to close the doors there because there PEOPLE there have no customer service skills at all"
