"Filled out the online portal with all the requested information, only to spend 30-40 minutes answering the exact same questions by Dr. Lockey in the office. The doctor also proceeded to ramble on about his granddaughter for 20 minutes, while constantly repeating himself. At 83, Dr. Lockey might need to hang it up. Was also informed by the office staff that they would email over the doctor’s plan right away. Over 24 hours later and still haven’t received any communication from this office."
"I been going there for I don't remember how longs...Feels like years but that because it requires dedication from there patients to follow through if they need the help they require. I go for allergy shots. The start of the process was very itchy (You can properly guess why.) and long because when I started the shots I reacted fine until the one day I had a bad reaction for an unknown reason to me or them at the time The formula had to be tweaked to get my body was okay with it there is color system that they will explain when you get the first shot they give you when your personal customize formula is made. It will be confusing at first you may ask yourself "Why not give me the whole 1:1 ratio (strength of concertation) right off the bat?" trust me after you hear why...You will be glad that they did what they did for your safety and not end up in the ER. After the 1st year I felt a night and day relief I am so happy that I can live more of my life now. Everyone is nice there. The receptionist: Are beyond kind and laid back. At time to time I would notice people would be short with there here and there but they seem used to it like it is another day. After while when they got accustom to me being there and to be honest I was nervous to talk to them at first but when they opened up...I was not able to shut after since when I I greeted them and excited to talk to them all the time...am maybe too much. I am impressed that they can handle my sarcasm and I give back which I really enjoyed there company for and I would consider them as family like grandparents...well maybe mothers. Dr. Stephen D. Lockey III: My impression of him is he will do everything in his power to make you feel heard and not like some number at a fast food joint. I felt he treated me if I was his son. I could feel the love and care from his words which I found comfort in because I was already stressed and worked up in the process that it was taking and not realizing how in depth it was at first. Plus I deal with mental disorders and anxiety. I felt nervous at first like everyone else would feel as well for meet a new person and wondering if they will understand and accept the faults to work with you so you can be honest with him. The only thing that stood out to me is that he seems to person who finds it hard to tell something along the lines of "I am sorry but I got to be short and brief with our visit because I got many other patients to see." he could that somehow and I may not of noticed like always. There is nothing wrong with that because that is genuine self and it really shines. Nurses & Techs: My impression of them they are mostly talkative some are quiet but once the quiet ones (and talkative ones) open up I enjoy having a conversation with them. They are very calm when you are not like for me I was freaking out about my bad reaction suddenly and they were very calm and reassuring that I was not going to die (Yeah Yeah I know a little dramatic there). They got a great sense of humor and I would consider them as a good friend. Dr. Mark J. Titi: No opinion because I haven't met him yet. Robin Rochow: My impression (based on my last and recent visit because I can't remember her the last time) I find her hard to read. The things that stood out the most is that she is very good at making sure you know what and how the producer is going to go. I was really impressed by how she handle me with her being pressed with time and was blunt but not harsh that completely threw me off she handle me perfect because it would of gone much more worse if she let it go and didn't cut off at the source. I would say if you want a softer approaching doctor go with Dr. Stephen Lockey and if you need a more stern and blunt/no non sense approach one go with Robin Rochow."
"Dr Lockey is kind & compassionate. For the first time at a doctor's office, I did not feel rushed. He took the time to understand what was going on with me. Even though my issue was not allergy related, he got me sorted & gave me some next steps & explained why. Very positive interaction"
"It’s a shame others have bad negative experiences here, because I have nothing but great things to say about the office staff and Dr. Titi. I’ve been having a mix of strange symptoms after Covid and felt it might be allergy related. The staff was very friendly and although it was a busy office, I was called for my appointment right on time. Dr. Titi was excellent and listened to my concerns, offered helpful recommendations, and his staff performed an extensive allergy panel based on my input. I felt very comfortable and heard. I would highly recommend this allergy center, and I am grateful to the staff and Dr. Titi for their excellent care!"
"I have been with them for years and dr. Lockey who is terrific. I then saw Robin who told me I had to get retested. I said I've been getting shots since I was 19 and now I'm 63. She told me medicare is requesting patients to be retested every 5 years. I called Medicare and they told me they do not request that so I told her that I called and she got pissed and very short with me. I was so mad I started crying because of how I was treated. They are the reason why our insurance is high. They make you do it to get the money. My test barely changed."
